The green way from Sommières to Caveirac

In the heart of the Vaunage and Sommièrois regions, away from all automobile traffic, the Voie Verte allows you to discover landscapes and a remarkable heritage by bike, rollerblade or simply on foot. This greenway was built on the old railway line between Nîmes and Le Vigan. It crosses the villages of Sommières, Junas, Congénies, Calvisson and the Vaunage, Nages, Langlade and Caveirac. Along the way, junctions are proposed to discover other hikes, a beautiful discovery of the region’s heritage. The starting point in Sommières is located on the parking lot of the old train station, and it’s off for 20 kilometers of guaranteed pleasure, until the Cave de Caveirac.
